At Excite Merch, we’re committed to getting your custom merchandise to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method used. As a general guide, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch for metropolitan areas. Same and next day express options are available to metro locations on many products.
Regional and remote locations may require additional time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included to a single metro location on many of our products. Shipping to regional areas or multiple locations can be quoted at the time of enquiry.
Generally, this cost sits under $30 per location, with the exception of a small number of products.
Couriers & Delivery
Excite Merch uses trusted third-party courier services to deliver your order. While we manage production timeframes where requested, delivery times are ultimately dependent on courier performance and factors beyond our control.
To offer free or low shipping as quoted, the most cost-effective express freight option may be selected. Courier choice is not available. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Please note: If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately unless you request a combined shipment. Combined shipping may incur additional costs.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Excite Merch immediately and provide clear photos of the damage. Prompt notification is essential for us to raise the issue with our suppliers and courier partners.
Unless reported within 7 days of delivery, goods will be deemed received in satisfactory and working condition, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
For delivery date enquiries, depot collection, or courier-specific requests, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. Excite Merch is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
