Change of Mind

Due to the unique customisation of our merchandise, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to request a sample before placing your order to ensure the product meets your expectations.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Artwork Approval

Once you approve the artwork proof, production will commence. We aim to provide the best outcome and quality in our print and designs. If you have concerns about the final product, please contact us promptly and we will work to find the best solution.

Products and designs that are approved during the proofing stage are final, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if printed as shown.
